What Capisaga collects

No reader accounts, sign-ins or payments.
No email list on this site, and no reader email addresses are stored.
No forms.
Capisaga sets no cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and request details in its logs to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Fonts are served from capisaga.com itself, and the data on each page is read by the server, so your browser does not contact the database.

Page counts

Capisaga uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. When it is enabled, each page loads a small script from Cloudflare. Cloudflare says Web Analytics “does not collect or use your visitors’ personal data.” Capisaga uses no other analytics or tracking.

Substack

The “Subscribe on Substack” link goes to Substack, a separate service with its own privacy policy. If you subscribe, you do it on Substack, and Substack holds your email address. The link does not tell Substack which page you came from.
